"Yoga given by sir is extremely good. I took the sessions during my pregnancy phase. I got to know about the classes in my 3rd trimester. At that point of Time I was not feeling good- shortness of breath, not able to do household work, acidity, feeling of low energy and therefore not feeling happy, sleepless nights, fatigue, anxiety. When I joined these classes online and told sir about the issues then he resolved all the issues within a month and till last day of my pregnancy I was fit and fine. Acc to doctor there was also changes of premature delivery but I delivered the baby after completing 38 weeks.
